Policies & Frequently Asked Questions

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: All purchases of memberships and class credits are subject to the following terms:

    Administrative Fee: A $10 processing fee will be retained for all refund requests, regardless of membership usage.

    Unused Memberships: For memberships with no classes attended during the current billing cycle, the full membership fee less the $10 processing fee will be refunded to the original payment method.

    Partially Used Memberships: For Unlimited, 8-pack, and 4-pack memberships where classes have been attended, a per-class fee of $38 will be deducted for each class attended, in addition to the $10 processing fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

    Example: For a $120 membership with one class attended, the refund calculation is as follows: $120 (membership fee) - $10 (processing fee) - $38 (single class fee) = $72 refund.

    All refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original form of payment.

  • Your Unlimited, 8-pack, 4-pack memberships or 8 Singles is for you only. However, please feel free to book for family and friends using Single Class Credits ($38 per class). Alternatively, you can email or text us for other arrangements.

  • Yes! We welcome children ages 13 & up. We do require that any minor takes a class alongside their guardian for safety reasons.
