If you want to commit to attending at least 1 class per week, choose a membership. Memberships renew every month unless you request a cancellation. Credits do not roll over, so make sure to use them before your next billing date!

If your schedule varies, or you frequently travel, choose a class pack. Class packs are one-time purchases with longer expiration dates, so you can still come to Pilates after your trip or hectic work schedule.

Administrative Fee: A $10 processing fee will be retained for all refund requests, regardless of membership usage.

Unused Membership: For memberships with no classes attended during the current billing cycle, the full membership fee less the $10 processing fee will be refunded to the original payment method upon email request.

Used Membership: For Unlimited, 8-pack, and 4-pack memberships where classes have been attended, a per-class fee of $38 will be deducted for each class attended, in addition to the $10 processing fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method upon email request. 

Example: For a $120 membership with one class attended, the refund calculation is as follows: $120 (membership fee) - $38 (per class fee) - $10 (processing fee) = $72 refund.

All refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original form of payment.

Used Multi-Packs: For class packs with 2 or more credits, a per-class fee (Group $38 / Private $90) will be deducted for each class attended in addition to the 5% processing fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method upon email request. 

Example: For a 12 Private Classes pack with 3 classes attended, the refund calculation is as follows: $960 (membership fee) - $270 (per class fee) - $48 (processing fee) = $642 refund.Item description

Your membership (8-pack Membership) and multi-pack (e.g. 8 Group Classes) is for you only. However, please feel free to book for family and friends using 1 Group Class ($38 per class). Alternatively, you can email or text us for other arrangements.

Yes! We welcome children ages 13 & up. We do require that any minor takes a class alongside their guardian for safety reasons.
